Academia Digital — Argentina Adoption & Usage

Dealer & Distributor Training · Weekly Snapshot

Executive Summary

Scope: Argentina only, all courses, current weekly export of the Academia Digital LMS.

Adoption is shallow and stalling. Of 80 enrolled users in Argentina, only 42 (53%) have ever opened a single course, and just 26 (33%) have completed anything. The completion rate across all 418 enrollments is 7.4% — marginally above the LATAM average of 6.8% but ranked 8th of 15 markets, i.e. middle of the pack, not a leader.

Only onboarding actually works. The single course with real traction is the welcome course (Bienvenido a TVS Motor, 26 completions). Every product and sales course sits at or near zero completions. The learning funnel dies immediately after onboarding.

The denominator is inflated. 358 of 418 enrollments (86%) were never opened. A large share is mass auto-enrollment — e.g. 222 Parts & Accessories enrollments with 0 completions — which corrupts every adoption metric downstream. The real active learner base in Argentina is ~40 people.

Engagement Funnel

Where users drop off — measured at the user level (n = 80)

Nearly half the enrolled base never logs in. Of those who do, most stop before finishing a single course. The gap between "enrolled" and "active" is the primary adoption problem — not course difficulty.

By User Type

Distributor staff engage far better than the dealer network

User TypeUsersActiveCompletersActive %
Distributor Employee1110891%
Dealer Employee68321847%
TVSM Employee1000%

The importer/distributor layer (closest to TVS) self-serves at 91% activation. The dealer network — 85% of the user base — is where adoption breaks, at 47%. This is a last-mile / accountability problem, not a content problem.

⚠ Enrollment inflation flag

The Parts & Accessories category holds 222 enrollments with 3 opens and 0 completions. This is bulk auto-enrollment nobody asked for — it drags the visible completion rate down and hides the true onboarding performance (which is actually ~33%).

Completion Trend

Monthly completions, 2026 · momentum is not self-sustaining

A clear spike in June (14 completions) — almost certainly a one-off nudge or campaign — was not carried into July (6, then nothing). The last completion recorded was July 7; zero in the trailing 7 days. Engagement decays the moment the push stops.

✔ What's working

Onboarding converts. A third of enrolled users finish the welcome course — proof the platform, access, and first-touch flow are fine. The problem is everything after the welcome.

✖ Core problem

There is no learning path — only a catalog. Users complete onboarding and are then dropped in front of 15 optional courses with no sequencing, no mandate, and no follow-up. Predictably, they stop.

⚠ Data hygiene

Mass auto-enrollment (Parts & Accessories = 222 dead enrollments) is corrupting the denominator. Any KPI you report to leadership from this export is understated until enrollment logic is cleaned.

Recommended next steps

  1. Fix enrollment logic first. Stop bulk auto-enrolling users into full catalogs. Enroll only into the active learning path. This alone re-bases every adoption metric to reality (~40 real learners, not 80 phantom ones).
  2. Define a mandatory path, not a buffet. Welcome → 1 core product course → 1 sales course, sequenced and gated. Remove or hide the long tail of 0-completion courses from the default view.
  3. Put dealer completion on the dealer scorecard. The distributor layer already self-serves at 91%; the dealer network at 47% needs accountability, not more content. Tie completion to dealer activation / incentive reviews.
  4. Make the June nudge a recurring cadence. The June spike proves nudges work. Turn the one-off into a scheduled WhatsApp/email reminder loop (a natural fit for the Dani Ruedas channel) rather than a manual annual push.
  5. Set a real target. Argentina at 7.4% is middle-of-pack. Colombia leads at 17%. A credible next-quarter target: 60% active-user rate and 40% path-completion among active users — measured on the cleaned base.
